You will also assist in planning the Graduate Commencement Ceremony for Master’s and PhD students in the College of Arts and Sciences by helping the coordinator to develop the commencement program, script, and seating charts. In addition to the day of ceremony logistics, you will also assist other team members and academic departments with event management and coordination of outside vendors at recruitment/yield events.
