Position Summary

The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching, scholarship and service mission of the university. This position carries a high expectation of scholarship, including procurement of extramural grant funding and peer-reviewed publications. The successful candidate will also understand higher education and contemporary clinical practice and possess excellent teaching and communication skills. Advisement and research mentoring of Occupational Therapy students is expected.

The Department of Rehabilitation Science has a long history of excellence with its clinical education programs in physical and occupational therapy, as well as its PhD program in Rehabilitation Science. Minimum Qualifications

PhD or research equivalent doctorate, Occupational Therapy degree with eligibility for licensure in New York State
