Position Summary

The Department of Pediatrics, University at Buffalo (UB), Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital is actively recruiting board certified/board eligible pediatricians to serve in an academic general pediatric resident practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and teaching skills as he/she will provide outpatient clinic coverage in the general pediatric clinics and be involved with teaching medical students and residents. Inpatient call duties are shared equally with other faculty members of the division.

The Division of General Pediatrics is a growing and active division of 20 faculty members. This position offers administrative support of the largest pediatrics practice in Western New York with 14 subspecialties. UBMD Pediatrics is one of 18 practice plans within UBMD Physicians’ Group, the single largest medical group in the area. Our physicians also make up the academic teaching faculty within the Department of Pediatrics at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo.
